Stayed at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham after a day at the cricket. The staff were very accommodating and informative, the room and the hotel is kept well. Nice comfy bed and excellent breakfast Jeni was most helpful and made it a lovely experience. Thanks all.

Such a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites. The suite was spacious, incredibly well fitted and in a great location for our weekend away. The staff were all super friendly, welcoming and made it feel like nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend.
Stone through from train station and walkable distance or everything else. So convenient. The rooms are so quiet being in such a busy location. Staff and service great. Breakfast is delicious could not fault it. Having a few kitchen supplies was convenient for us as came back with food a few times.
Nice place. Great restaurants and play places for children. Good place also for family outings and dinner.
Small, not particularly welcoming and very quiet when I was there. Poor drinks offerings and food is restaurant only which is awkward if you want to play games.
Room wasn’t ready for when we checked in, we travelled back from London and just wanted to chill in the room and relax after a long weekend away. Considering I paid £400 for a regency suite you’d expect it to be ready for the time you’ve paid for. Also I was told I’d get a phone call for when the room was ready and never received one I called the hotel at 630pm to be told then it was ready when check in is supposed to be at 3pm.
The door could be unlocked so I am assuming that was the same from their side. A restless night ensued. Back to the ambience of the immediate surroundings...trust me on this, the view was like something from a run down bedsit in the Bronx. I slept here read more and that was about it. Couldn't stand to spend anymore time here than absolutely necessary. For £quarenta more than I paid I could have stayed in a 5 star hotel up the road. Certainly not worth what I paid, which was just short of £cem. The breakfast was average, tables were not wiped (I did this myself) there were missing items off the advertised menu which was cheap and tasteless. Just about got through it. Certainly the worst hotel I have stayed in. Buyer beware!
I enjoy coming every day, hospitality here is excellent. Alan and Christina have great customer service. I love all the bar staff there.
Located very close to Birmingham New Street (5 min walk), this hotel is ideally located for central areas including the Christmas Markets. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. The kitchen is well equipped, including hob, microwave oven and dishwasher are a blessing, making it a home from home.
Nice hotel with a really good and central location. Incredibly nice staff, and the hotel itself was nice and clean. A good room with a small kitchen with cutlery, dishwasher etc.
